This agreement on the conditions and rules of using this web shop regulates mutual relations between you as the customer and us (Shirts & More j.d.o.o.) as the service provider and its vendors.

Customers may be legal and natural persons in the Republic of Croatia and abroad.

The seller commits to doing business in accordance with legitimate laws valid on the Croatian territory and EU.

Seller undertakes to protect customer data and will use them only for the execution of the contractual obligations of sales.
Seller undertakes to deliver in accordance with the delivery Terms. In cases where the delivery of the requested products are not possible, we commit ourselves to refund any paid monies to the payer within 14 days.

Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information during the order process.

We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered goods. The customer has the right to return the goods without stating the reason within 14 days from the time of acceptance of the goods. The buyer is obliged to protect the disputed goods and is return it in its original state. Lumer Shop sends each item in a complete state and appropriate packaging and therefore will not be responsible for any damage occurring during transport. We encourage you to review upon receipt of items received and, if you believe that the item is damaged, immediately file a complaint with the post office, or delivery person due to damage or reduced content of the consignment. Each parcel contains invoice for purchase. According to Croatian laws invoice and instructions are in Croatian. If you need invoice in in English please contact us via social networks or email. Prices of products listed in the web shop are in Croatian kuna.

Uvjeti kupovine

Ovi uvjeti kupovine reguliraju odnos između Vas kao kupca i nas (Shirts&More j.d.o.o.) kao pružatelja usluge i naših trgovaca.
Kupci mogu biti pravne i fizilke osobe iz Hrvatske ili iz drugih država.

Prodavač se obvezuje voditi poslove u skladu sa zakonima važećima na teritoriju Republike Hrvatske i EU.
Prodavač se obvezuje štititi podatke o kupcima te ih koristiti samo za izvršenje narudžbe.
Prodavač se obvezuje poslati naručene proizvode na vrijeme u skladu s uvjetima dostave. U slučajevima kada dostava traženih proizvoda nije moguća, cjelokupni plaćeni iznos čemo Vam refundirati u roku od 14 dana.

 

Kupac je odgovoran za točnost i cjelovitost podataka koje je naveo kroz proces narudžbe

Mi nismo odgovorni za krivo naručene proizvode. Kupac ima pravo vratiti proizvode bez navođenja razloga u roku od 14 dana od dana primitka proizvoda, Kupac je obvezan zaštititi osporene proizvode i vratiti ih u njihovom izvornom i ne promjenjenom stanju. Lumer Shop šalje sve pošiljke u potpunom stanju i u odgovarajučoj ambalaži te ne može biti odgovoran za štetu koja je mogla nastati tijekom transporta.
